Shipping policy

All customs are hand-painted and made to order. Please allow up to 15 working days for your pair or item to be completed and shipped unless otherwise stated. Pre-made items (such as accessories or artwork pieces) are shipped the next working day. If an order contains both made-to-order and pre-made items, everything will be shipped together once the custom work is complete.

Packaging

  • Footwear is shipped securely in postal packaging with the original shoe box, or a custom box if requested.

  • Other artwork pieces are carefully packaged to protect against damage in transit.

United Kingdom (via Royal Mail)

  • Orders over £200: Free

  • Orders under £200: £6.00 (Tracked, 1–2 working days once shipped)

  • Guaranteed Next Working Day: £11.00 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Europe (via DPD / Royal Mail Tracked & Signed)

  • Flat rate: £15.00
    (2–5 working days)

USA & Canada (via DHL Tracked & Signed)

  • Flat rate: £30.00
    (2–7 working days)

Asia & Rest of World (via DHL / Royal Mail Tracked & Signed)

  • Flat rate: £35.00
    (7–10 working days)

Delivery times are estimates provided by couriers and may vary depending on customs clearance or local delays.

Rush Orders

If you need your order sooner, please email cam@camcreatez.com before purchasing. In some cases I can offer a rush service for an additional fee, guaranteeing dispatch within 7 working days. Shipping times then apply based on your location.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary by location. I cannot advise on the exact cost as it is determined by your local customs office.

If customs fees are not paid, the package may be destroyed by local authorities, and no refund will be issued.

  • I do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • All shipments include tracking, which will be sent once your order is dispatched.
