Custom Orders

All customised products (e.g. shoes, jackets etc) are hand-painted, made-to-order artworks. For this reason, all sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Please double-check your size and details before placing an order. Where mock-ups are provided, these must be approved before work begins. Once design work or painting has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

If we make a mistake

If you receive the wrong size, base item, or a design that does not match the approved mock-up, we’ll put it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, email and purchase details, along with photos. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Damages on arrival

If your custom arrives damaged during shipping, please email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Care and wear

Custom artwork is durable when properly cared for, but like any hand-painted piece, it requires care. Follow the care instructions provided. We do not replace or refund items damaged through misuse (e.g. scratching, peeling, machine washing against guidance).

Original Artwork (Wood Art, Canvas, etc.)

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to their nature, all sales are final.

We take great care to package artwork securely. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue (repair, replacement if possible, or refund).

Return Process

  1. Email cam@camcreatez.com with your name, email and purchase details along with photos, and a short description of the issue.

  2. If a return is approved, we’ll send instructions.

  3. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

For returns caused by our error, we cover return shipping. For any other approved return, the buyer is responsible for shipping. 

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to your original payment method (minus any payment provider fees where applicable).
