Yes. New concepts can include a digital mock-up or sketch stage before paintwork begins. The current mock-up deposit is £50 and the exact process will be explained before the project is secured.

Because every commission is created specifically for one client, commissioned work is non-refundable once work begins. If an incorrect item is supplied or damage occurs in transit, the issue will be handled individually.

Yes. Cam ships throughout the UK and worldwide using tracked services. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country.

Shipping is quoted according to the size, value and destination of the finished piece. Your delivery options and cost will be confirmed before payment so there are no surprises.

Every piece is prepared and finished for durability, but custom items should still be treated as wearable or collectible art. Avoid soaking, heavy abrasion and harsh cleaning products. For footwear, use a light wipe with a damp cloth.

No. References and inspiration are welcome, but Cam will create an original direction rather than copying another artist or customiser.

Full payment is normally used to secure a commission and begin the agreed process. For some larger projects, a 50% deposit and 50% balance arrangement may be available by agreement.
