All custom painted shoes/clothing are made to order on brand new pairs of shoes or pieces of clothing. Quality is what I aim for in every piece so there is no worry about dissatisfaction with an order, each design is ARTWORK purchase and not a product purchase. Due to nature of my custom products, I will not repair or refund a pair that has been mistreated. Shoe deposits are non-refundable, once a deposit is paid you are expected to pay the remaining payment for the works.
